The company is an European leader in the production and the development activity of water pumps, oil pumps, repair sets and seals for water pumps.
There have been few important turning points since the establishment of the Company.
In 1977 the Company became the supplier of Renault D.M.A. (Agricultural Machine Division) and Renault V.I. (Industrial Vehicles).
In 1979 the Company established its first contacts with Fiat Trattori (today under the name New Holland) - this is the first serious step in the
future cooperation with the FIAT Group.
In 1988 OMP s.r.l. became the main supplier of water pumps for the world leader in the sport cars FERRARI AUTOMOBILI.
There were success results, namely: the Company became the only supplier of water pumps for IVECO, and subsequently became also a partner of
DAF Trucks and Automobili Lamborghini.
Today, the factories of OMP, situated on an area of 38000 square metres and equipped with the most modern machines, produce more than 1100 kinds of
water and oil pumps.
